SCC’s design objective is to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience for the Akira Back restaurant in Meridian, Idaho. We take inspiration from the agricultural heritage of Idaho, and push the farm-to-table concept by creating a next-generation dining experience in a greenhouse within the barn structure.
